Elections of regional directors and School Representatives are held in early June. Elections for President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer take place shortly thereafter among the regional directors.

The President generally calls three to four Executive and All Reps meetings annually. The meetings are generally held in Québec City.

The Quebec Provincial Association of Teachers' Annual Convention 2011 will be held November 25-26 at the Montreal Palais des Congrès. For more information consult the QPAT website.
